We started this company determined to build a furniture quality wood shutter that far surpassed what the competition offered. Our goal was to develop a product line that would be beautiful and durable for generations, in what has become such a “disposable” world. We built this company and have invested the money to achieve our goal.

Since our founding in 1995, we have invested over six million dollars in real-estate, machinery and systems.

We pioneered and developed a software program that has become one of the best in our industry. Many of the world’s largest shutter manufacturers now use the software that we developed.

We were the first shutter company to deploy a true assembly line process, versus batch processing that was the standard at the time. Most major companies have since followed our lead.

We are the only shutter company in Arizona to process our own UV priming and sanding system. We only use eco friendly products in our shutters. From day one we have used only water based paints and primers. Now after three years of development we proudly use only a water base stain on our products.

We believe in the phrase Made In America, and every component in our shutter is from American manufacturers.

The most important investment we have made is in the employees of Biltmore Shutter Company. We have a staff of eighty five dedicated people who work together to make you happy with our product and service. More than a third of our employees have been with us ten years or more.
